EVS, the "Ever Vindictive Sheepdog" Steps in his own Shit

Almost a month ago, ICE agents began tipping DS off that ICE Director of Intelligence James M. Woosley (not to be confused with the former CIA Director James M. Woolsey, a good guy) was suddenly removed from his position. 
Debbie writes that , I wish I’d posted something about it, but I couldn’t get anyone to talk beyond that it was regarding some alleged fraud, and I needed more information. I probably should have posted it as a question, as today, the net is filled with the story of a probe into Woosley. He apparently helped his Palestinian Jordanian Muslim intelligence analyst, Ahmed Adil Abdallat, submit falsified and bogus travel expenses in exchange for a cut of the cash. The greedy Woosley was already making more than $200,000 a year in travel and benefits, including a government car. But I guess that wasn’t enough, so it’s better to sell out America and help Abdallat rip-off American taxpayers (that’s what Muslims call, “halal money,” or permitted money ‘cuz it’s great to rip off infidels). Yup, it’s better to help this Muslim employee launder the money to his fellow Palestinians to fund who knows what terrorist attacks.
Debbie also reports , I am told that Ebbley a/k/a Mr. Silliman then hired another ICE intelligence unit buddy to be his number two in Bay St. Louis, a past frequent commenter on this site, “EverVigilantSheepdog/EVS,” who outed himself as Kyle Barnette, when another ICE agent figured him out.

Former ICE Director, Julie Myers, the much maligned and incompetent member of the SES, rewarded Barnette with his double dipping job, just before she left ICE. Myers formed an immigration “consultanting” firm after she left and has contrubuted to FOX News. Barnette is still the HMFIC of one of the biggest boondoggle pork barrel projects ever perpetrated on the American taxpayer, the TACTICAL INTELLIGENCE CENTER in Bay St. Louis, Ms.

By the way, sources report that Barnette is still abusing a government issued vehicle, commuting daily from home to work at taxpayer’s expense in a government owned vehicle.
Late this afternoon I learned from a government source familiar with this case, that at least two other current or former ICE employees have been implicated in the travel voucher scheme and are currently under investigation by both the DHS Office of Inspector General an the FBI in El Paso.

Wasn't Woosley a former INS manager of some kind...really...how has that INS/Customs merger turned out! And frankly, I have always had my doubts about the whole re-hired annunitant thing. While I know many excellent former agents that went back to work under this program and have done excellent work ever since...you gotta wonder about an this or any agency that can't develop or recruit qualified people to fill critical roles or vacancies created when retiring employees leave. Honestly, some of the senior-most roles in ICE (and likely a host of other agencies) have been filled by the re-hired annunitant program. Doesn't that alone indicate a continuing problem with the personnel practices of any agency????

Woosley is legacy INS as is the dude who was arrested and is going to sing like a bird. EVS was rewarded because he was pimping for Myers and Forman. Not sure what his relationship was with Woosley, prior to landing his do nothing, double dipping job. Personnel practices at ICE are on par with all the other "practices" at ICE...FUBAR
