Progressives Pose Greatest Danger to Freedom in America

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice says firearms-related homicides have dropped to 11,101 in 2011 from 18,253 - a reduction of 39%. 

Meanwhile, the Pew Research Center found gun homicides fell to 3.6 per 100,000 people in 2010 from 7 in 1993.

The figures were released three weeks after the U.S. Senate rejected passing more federal gun control laws.

Obama has campaigned for tighter firearms laws since being re-elected in November 2012.

Both reports found the rate of non-lethal crimes involving guns had also fallen significantly over the same period.

The Bureau of Justice Statistics found that non-fatal firearms crimes dropped by 69% from 1.5 million to 467,300 during the period under study.

Despite the drop, some 56% of Americans believe gun crime is higher than two decades ago and only 12% think it is lower, according to the Pew Research Center. This is a direct result of the main stream media spreading Progressive Propaganda for the Obamanation and the progressive education system in the USA.  I believe that Progressives, including the main stream media and current education system in the United States currently pose the greatest threat to our freedom, by continuously usurping the Bill of Rights.  Progressives are a danger to the Constitutional Republic and our unique American culture.

Pew also found that African Americans made up a disproportionate share of gun homicide victims - 55% in 2010, despite accounting for 13% of the overall population. See Gun Free cities like Chicago and Washington D.C. for details.

In 2010, white people were 25% of victims but 65% of the population.  Hispanics were 17% of victims and 16% of the population.

Gun Free Zones are magnets for criminals and crazies.  Law abiding gun owners and concealed carry permit holders have been proven to deter crime and make the country safer for all of us, including law enforcement officers.

We are not going to change the less than a third of Americans who are hard core gun grabbing liberal fascists.  Less than 1 million viewers a day tune in to hear Maddow and her ilk preach progressive propaganda. 

We need to concentrate on growing the gun culture, the shooting sports, and both Constitutional and concealed carry.  This ammo shortage is not going to last forever.

Eric Holder Reluctantly Admits POTUS Limited in Droning of Americans on USA

Yesterday Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, representing the Tea Party and Constitutional Libertarians, was finally able to get Attorney General Eric Holder to admit that it is unconstitutional to kill Americans on U.S. soil via a drone strike, if the American terror suspect does not pose an “imminent threat.”

After much bobbing and weaving Holder finally conceded that such a strike would not constitutional. It took Cruz close to four minutes to admit it.  The lame stream media, which is now the primary propaganda arm of the White House, refused to report this exchange.  This is further proof that following the New Media is the only way to keep from becoming a dangerous low information voter.

The colloquy was sparked by a letter Holder sent to Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky, on the subject which seemed to suggest otherwise. In the letter, Holder said:

It is possible, I suppose, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the president to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States.

Cruz took the opportunity of Holder’s appearance this morning before the senate Judiciary Committee to ask about the government stance. “If an individual is sitting quietly in a cafe in the US, in your legal judgment, does the Constitution allow a US citizen on US soil to be killed by a drone?” Cruz asked, adding later the qualifier:  ”If that individual is not posing an imminent and immediate threat of death or bodily harm.”

Holder responded: “On the basis of what you said, I don’t think you can arrest that person.”

Cruz tried again: “If the person is suspected to be a terrorist,  you have abundant evidence that he is a terrorist and he is involved in terrorist plots but at the moment he is not pointing a bazooka at the Pentagon. He is sitting in a cafe … does the Constitution allow a drone to kill that citizen?”

Holder began: “I would not think that would be an appropriate use of any kind of lethal force. We would deal with that in a way we would typically deal with a situation like that…”

Cruz cut back in, pointing out  ”My question wasn’t about appropriateness or prosecutorial discretion. It was a simple legal question. ” He then reiterated his question. Holder again said that in that situation, “I would not think that in that situation use of a drone or lethal force would be appropriate”.

Cruz then asked why Holder could not respond with a simple yes or no. They went back and forth again before an exasperated Holder finally responded: ” Translate my ‘appropriate’ to ‘no.’  I thought I was saying ‘no’.”

“That statement has not been easily forthcoming,” Cruz noted.

“Government money only pays for the “liberties” the government thinks you should have, and therefore it can determine how you exercise them. That turns liberties into privileges dispensed at the whim of the state.”

Liberal Fascism Masked as Restoration of Moral Values

Crazy Joe Biden revealed that statist Barack Hussein Obama might would circumvent the Constitution by using executive orders to institute more gun control. Currently there are over 20,000 gun control laws in the United States.

“The president is going to act,” said Biden, giving some comments to the press before a meeting with victims of gun violence. “There are executives orders, there’s executive action that can be taken. We haven’t decided what that is yet. But we’re compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required.”

Biden said that this is a moral issue and that “it’s critically important that we act.”  This my friends, is the essence of liberal fascism.  Many people have wondered, quite legitimately, how fascism could ever be appealing enough to develop a large following. Fascism was popular enough in Germany and Italy to take over those governments. Fascism also developed strong followings in other nations, like France and England. The unfortunate truth is that wherever it appears, fascism promises people what they want most. 

Fascists promote their end game by playing the morality card.  Who is their right mind opposes morality? But in the opposite world of American Liberal Fascism, killing unborn babies is moral.  Killing convicted heinous murderers is immoral.

Biden talked also about taking responsible action. “As the president said, if you’re actions result in only saving one life, they’re worth taking. But I’m convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans and take thousands of people out of harm’s way if we act responsibly.”

Biden, as he himself noted, was a writer of the Brady Bill.

Fascism promises people all the wonderful things they think they want, to restore all the lost values, traditions, and morals which they believe society has lost. Even when fascism in fact also leads to mass violence, destruction, and murder, people later on only remember the good things: how traditional values and morality were restored, leading to a more peaceful society. Many Germans were never sorry about Nazism because they only perceived how the Nazis improved society. The Nazis delivered on their promises and now all those wonderful things are gone.

ATF Operation Fast and Furious Update

We received a report from Jeff Pittman that DOJ officials heavily involved in Operation Fast and Furious and named as partially responsible for the program’s failure have been stripped of their government security clearances.  Others are being fired, demoted, and transferred. Criminal charges are also reportedly pending after investigations by both DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz and the House Oversight Committee.

The report indicates that former ATF Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Division Bill Newell, former ATF Special Agent in Charge of Operations in the West Bill McMahon and former Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Division George Gillett have been fired while former Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jim Needles and Field Supervisor David Voth have been demoted.

Voth is also being sued for libel by ATF whistleblower agent John Dodson. Hope McAllister, the lead case agent for Fast and Furious, has been put on leave and transferred out of Phoenix. McMahon has been on paid administrative leave while also receiving a six-figure salary in the Philippines from J.P. Morgan, the same bank that issues ATF’s agency credit cards, according to Pittman.

We understand that these punitive actions are not only in response to the subject officials’ involvement in F&F, but also result from their mishandling of ATF agent Jay Dobyns’ arson case. Dobyns’ home was burned by criminals in retaliation to Dobyns’ ATF work, and ATF ignored the case. All the mentioned ATF officials are expected to receive full retirement benefits.

Pittman also received information that Rep. Darrell Issa and Sen. Charles Grassley may subpoena a former White House staffer who traded at least one e-mail with one of the officials involved in Fast and Furious at the ATF’s Phoenix field office.

So far the Teflon Obamanation has escaped culpability because the liberal fascist main stream media propaganda main has its back.  Anyone who has worked in federal law enforcement knows an Operation that involved gun walking to Mexico would most certainly have required approval at the highest levels of government, including the Attorney General and White House. 

Don't Ever Forget Operation Fast and Furious

Barack Hussein Obama filed court papers this week to get the House of Representatives lawsuit against his corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder thrown out.

The House lawsuit asks the court to reject a claim of executive privilege by the President, who sealed thousands of documents relating to Fast & Furious, a Justice Department operation that facilitated the smuggling of thousands of U.S. weapons south of the border.

Obama calls the House lawsuit a mere “political dispute” between the branches of government. But this is much more than a political dispute. People died as a result of Fast Furious, which makes it much worse than even Watergate where no one died. Fast & Furious has led to the deaths of more than 200 Mexicans and at least one U.S. federal agent, though most likely it was two.

Mitt Romney told the American people during the presidential debate this week that Fast & Furious guns were used to kill people on both sides of the border. “They [drug lords] used those weapons against – against their own citizens and killed Americans with them,” Romney said. “And this was a … program of the [U.S.] government.”

Romney then went on to challenge Obama for using executive privilege to cover up the administration’s role in Operation Fast & Furious: “[I]t’s one of the great tragedies related to violence in our society which has occurred during this administration. Which I think the American people would like to understand fully, it’s been investigated to a degree, but [the] administration has carried out executive privilege to prevent all of the information from coming out.”

This was the first time that many Americans heard of Operation Fast and Furious because Obama controls most of the main stream media.

Obama is invoked executive privilege, simply as an attempt to cover up details as to why the U.S. government would help send guns south of the border. Of course, we in the gun-owning community know why. It was an attempt to justify support for new gun regulations.

As stated by Sharyl Attkisson of CBS News: “[Justice Department] emails show they discussed using the sales, including [Fast & Furious] sales encouraged by ATF, to justify a new gun regulation called ‘Demand Letter 3.’ That would require some U.S. gun shops to report the sale of multiple rifles or ‘long guns.’”

In other words, Operation Fast & Furious was intended to help the administration justify calls for a new gun registration scheme, which was eventually implemented (illegally and without Congressional authority) in four southwestern border states.
